AIDS research, both medical and sociological is very active, yet the latest cited study is from 1986. There is however a note about the film "Philadelphia" which is more recent.
Of the three, Essay #3 would be the most difficult to detect. Remember, we're really not dealing with quality of work here (although all three are sub-standard by any measure), we're looking for key indications (use the Dead Giveaways link in the main window). Essay number three doesn't deal with verifiable information in the present, it does not deal with actual (named) legislation or government issues, it doesn't even give away its country of origin. By this measure it would also be suspect. If a paper is so generic that nothing current is mentioned, it may have been pre-edited for easy transfer between students.
